Rockstar points to the Huge: Ex Manufacturer Admits "Mostruous Sizes" for GTA VI

Grand Theft Auto VI, developed by Rockstar Games and released on November 19, 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, promises to be an unprecedented title. The pre-orders of Standard Edition (€79.99) and Ultimate Edition (€99.99) are already open. According to John Ricchio, a former producer who worked at Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption, the game will be "destroyed" or much more detailed than his predecessors. Ricchio emphasizes that the dimensions of the game worlds in GTA and RDR have steadily increased, beginning with GTA 5 which was already “notely larger” than the 4. In the game, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos are involved in a criminal conspiracy that extends throughout the state of Leonida, begun in the fictitious city of Vice City, United States. The plot sees them face imminent dangers and the need to rely on each other to survive. GTA 6 will be available from 19 November 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. It is important to note that, following the introduction of new Australian regulations in 2026, players in the country will have to complete age verification to be able to access the game. We remain tuned for further updates.
