The map of GTA VI will far exceed that of GTA V: impressive dimensions revealed

The map of Grand Theft Auto VI will be the largest and most detailed ever made by Rockstar Games, surpassing the size of the territory explored in Grand Theft Auto V. Official confirmation arrives from Aaron Garbut, co-studio and artistic director of the game, who declared that the setting in the state of Leonida will be more than double the area of Red Dead Redemption 2, estimated between 150 and 160 square kilometers of ocean borders. Garbut has specified that growth is not limited to the linear dimensions of the environment, but above all to its three-dimensionality and complexity, enriched by a record number of exploratable interiors – alleys, roofs and internal structures treated in detail. "We have developed an obsession for every single part of the game world," explained Garbut, "until reaching a mass of interiors that makes buildings feel like real structures both inside and outside." The game will be available on November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos will be immersed in this vast universe.
