To make this period even more exciting is the new trailer, published on October 15, which rekindled the attention on the relationship between the protagonists, the criminal activities of Leonida and the vibrant atmosphere of the new Vice City. The long preview published on August 27, 2026 is one of the most in-depth materials so far spread by Rockstar Games, offering a complete view of the visual identity of the game, the construction of the environments and the general atmosphere of Leonida. Rockstar underlined that the film was made entirely with game images captured on PlayStation 5, distinguishing itself from simple pre-rendered movies. This does not mean that each sequence shown represents a playable situation or that allows to evaluate the performance of the final version. However, it clearly emerges the will to present a universe full of places, characters and contrasts, where the world of play will play a fundamental role. Vice City is renewed: from the charm of the neon to the new Leonida Among the most recognizable elements of GTA 6 is the return to Vice City, the fictional city inspired by Miami that marked the history of the saga. This time, Rockstar is not limited to bringing the players back to an updated version; the setting extends to the entire fictional state of Leonida, a tribute to contemporary Florida through different landscapes and social realities.
