GTA VI: The Climate of Florida, an Unbelievable Realization

The new chapter of Rockstar Games predicts itself as a revolution in the videoludic landscape. After years of talk and ferment in the community, it is confirmed that GTA 6 will integrate an advanced weather system, designed to faithfully recreate the climate of the state of Florida. The official confirmation comes from Game Informer, which in a preview of the special number dedicated to the game has unveiled unpublished details on the development. Marcus Stewart, editor of Game Informer and native of South Florida, revealed that he had dialogued directly with developers on features never seen before, including "advanced weather systems capable of simulating less sunny weather phenomena." The choice of Leonida as a setting prompted developers to replicate the complexity of the local climate. Not only sunny days, but also extreme events such as hurricanes, tropical storms and sudden thermal excursions. This system is linked to previous clues, such as references to the "dynamic method" on Amazon and job ads related to "large-scale destruction". The preview also highlights the efforts dedicated to the ecosystem of Leonida. Wildlife will be plentiful: Netflix's Extended Look suggested areas inspired by Keys and Everglades, a real zoo and animal census mechanics in Red Dead Redemption 2. Rockstar Games aims to offer the most accurate and exciting virtual world ever created, thanks to the faithful reproduction of the local climate.
