The announcement was communicated through the official channels of the company, which will schedule it for August 27, 2026 at 21:00 (Italian time). The trailer will be previewed on Netflix, with a video published on YouTube (click here to view) and then, six hours later, also on the official channel of Rockstar Games and on the site dedicated to GTA 6. The Netflix page is already active and contains the description: “Incoming August 27th: Watch a long preview of Grand Theft Auto VI”, the next evolution of the revolutionary series. You don't know the exact duration of the video yet, but fans can finally admire the gameplay of this highly anticipated sixth chapter. Remember that the GTA 6 release is scheduled for November 19, 2026 and will be exclusive PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S console. Il fatto che il trailer sia stato annunciato su Netflix suggerisce un’alleanza strategica tra Rockstar e la piattaforma di streaming, un movimento che non sorprende data l'attenzione crescente di Netflix verso i videogiochi. Ricordo come se fosse ieri le speculazioni sul coinvolgimento di Only Raw Records nel soundtrack del gioco; vedere ora una comunicazione così diretta su Netflix fa pensare a un’operazione di marketing mirata proprio al pubblico più giovane e attento alle nuove tendenze.
