Rockstar could launch GTA 6 Online one month after the release – new revelations

According to a leak, Rockstar could release GTA 6 Online within a month of the game's release date. The former developer Call of Duty theGhostOfHope suggested on social media that developers could prioritize multiplayer mode, anticipating a launch in December, in line with the strategies used for Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA 5. The revelations come on the basis of a Discord message leaked by a Rockstar employee, who describes game tests with 32 users, similar to the maximum number of players supported by GTA 5. This information, along with statements by Take-Two Interactive Strauss Zelnick’s CEO on the broad future of GTA Online, makes a separate multiplayer experience for the new title, perhaps able to replace the current online mode. Although Rockstar has not yet released details about the gameplay or marketing events, the potential emergency of GTA 6 Online in December seems realistic, considering the history of past projects and the acquisition of FiveM. The judicial battle with licensed employees may have provided an additional clue on how, suggesting greater freedom for the content created by users than its predecessor.
