Rockstar unveils the exchange details between Jason and Lucia in GTA VI

In an interview, Rob Nelson of Rockstar North explained how the passage from Jason to Lucia works in GTA 6, describing a system that exploits the mechanics introduced in the previous chapter of the series but with greater dynamism. As we already know, during the campaign you can play as Jason or Lucia, passing from one to another, and Nelson provided an interesting example: while Jason drives a car, the player can switch to Lucia, sitting on the passenger side, and use his phone to consult social media. Of course, this mechanism will be particularly effective during action sequences: in case of chases or robberies go wrong, it will be possible to move from one mode to another with fluidity, taking control of Jason at the wheel and then of Lucia while shooting from the passenger window. Will the passage from one protagonist to another be completely free or limited to certain situations? The interview does not yet provide precise answers, but it is assumed that any constraints could be introduced only when the plot requires it. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, represented as actors and models in the new images of GTA 6, are a couple of playable characters sharing a path and appear significantly different than the trio variegated by Grand Theft Auto V. The developers have aimed at making the mechanics of the character change even more organic and integrated into the experience, transforming it into an integral part of the story, inspired by the story of Bonnie and Clyde, which promises great narrative developments.
