The source, which is identified as "Insider67", said that technical problems related to the PC version of the game, in particular regarding the optimization for less powerful hardware, forced the studio to review the launch date. "Insider67" added that the scheduled date of 19 November 2026 remains the primary objective, but a larger release window, providing a transition period between PCs and consoles, is now under discussion. The first PC versions could arrive in December 2026, allowing Rockstar to solve performance issues before the official launch for all users.
