Okay, so, since I unintentionally derailed the thread "Wringe & Bitch" about RDR2 and GTA IV by comparing them to GTA VI, I thought this could be a good argument to discuss realism and RPG elements planned for VI, such as those exposed by people like @TGG and many other users on the Internet, as well as what we saw in the "Extended Look". I have already published this idea in my last comment in the thread, but I think this deserves consideration. In recent months I felt frustrated by all the predictable reality that we all expect. In particular after playing GTA IV almost twenty years ago and practically abandoned RDR2 in the middle of the prologue. As I said in the thread "Wringe & Bitch", after seeing the video of Angry Joe on the Extended Look this morning and then watching the 26-minute video on Netflix, I honestly believe that I was so taken by my contempt for IV and the small amount of RDR2 I played, that this distorted my views on GTA VI. After seeing the two videos this morning, I really think I was wrong all this time. Not on my contempt for realism and what seems to be a less arcade GTA game, but on how the last incarnation of the series will feel for people like me, who have always believed that GTA should be much more over the lines, like San Andreas and V. Discuss. Or close the thread, moderators, if you think this is a silly topic! lol La mia reazione iniziale era chiaramente sbilanciata, proiettando un’ansia derivante da una frustrazione personale con le esperienze narrative di RDR2 e GTA IV.
