Reservations for Grand Theft Auto VI are already exceeding expectations, according to an estimate provided by Sensor Tower. On 18 August approximately 4.38 million copies were ordered, with a total value of 429 million dollars. The data does not come directly from Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, but is based on an analysis of the analysis company. The figures, to be taken with caution since Rockstar and Take-Two did not release official data, highlight the extraordinary popularity of the Grand Theft Auto brand and enthusiasm for the new chapter. Although the most optimistic forecasts make up to 25 million copies booked, amounting to approximately two billion dollars, it is only projections. According to Sensor Tower, on PS5 77% of the bookings would be made, while on the Xbox Series X|S the remaining 23%. GTA VI will be available from 19 November 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
