Take-Two Rassicura: GTA Online Not Suspended with GTA VI's Arrival

Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick confirmed that support for Grand Theft Auto Online will continue after the launch of Grand Theft Auto VI, scheduled for 19 November 2026. During a recent meeting with shareholders, Zelnick stressed the continued importance of the title and the company's will to maintain a regular pace of updates, based on experiences accumulated over the years. The decision follows that GTA VI will initially be released as a single-player experience, and Rockstar Games will carefully manage the coexistence of the two games. Despite this, a thorough analysis is planned to assess whether multiplayer elements can be integrated into the main game if commercial success is justified.
