GTA VI will also be released on the Xbox Series S on 19 November 2026
The official release date of Grand Theft Auto VI was also confirmed for the Xbox Series S console. The title will be available on Microsoft on November 19, 2026, in conjunction with Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 versions, as announced by Rockstar Games. The Series S edition is part of the main publication and will not be released later. The presence of the game was officially recognized also on the Italian Xbox page, where both Series consoles are listed among compatible systems. Digital preorders are available through the Xbox Store, allowing users to purchase the version intended for Microsoft consoles in advance. At the moment no indication has been given on the technical specifications relating to the adaptation for the S Series: resolution, frame rate and graphic modes remain unknown. Information on the size of the download or storage space required by the different versions of the game has also not been released. As with other platforms, interested users can preload from 12 November 2026, downloading the data seven days before the release, although access to the game will still be fixed on 19 November 2026. The physical version will contain a download code instead of a disk. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos will be the protagonists of history, as announced by Rockstar Games. The current focus is on the technical specifications of the adaptation for Series S, waiting for further details communicated by the study.
