GTA VI, l'Attesa degli Sportivi Innesca Concerning Performance

Sportsmen could see decrease their performance due to the release of Grand Theft Auto VI. Steven Adams, NBA player for the Houston Rockets, expressed concern about a potential decline in sports performance in North American leagues in November, directly linked to the release of the new Rockstar Games game. Adams, known for his direct play style and brilliant interviews, said that many athletes will spend significant hours playing GTA VI, devoting less attention to their sports competitions. The game, expected on November 19 – 13 years after the release of Grand Theft Auto V – offers a vast open world with endless possibilities of choice and movement. “I will tell you something: prepare for November. The performance of the championship will fall, at a general level, because GTA will come out,” said Adams during the NBA media day. The concern also extends to the NFL Championship (American football), as players travel frequently and often take away video games. Adams, 2 meters high and 11 cm high and basketball player since 2013, shares interest in titles such as Fortnite and Dota 2. His concern is reflected in the potential impact of numerous players who risk being distracted from the new game. It is not the first time that a professional athlete manifests doubts about the time dedicated to video games, with Giannis Antetokounmpo in his time who confessed to buying new PlayStations during the trips.
