GTA VI: Gameplay Unpublished and Shock Numbers - Mini-Golf, Billiards and a World Open by Capogiro
Rockstar Games unveiled over 25 minutes of unpublished gameplay of GTA 6 during the event broadcast exclusively on Netflix, unleashing a meticulous analysis of the video among fans. The co-director of Rockstar North, Rob Nelson, confirmed that the realism level for Leonida will exceed any previous made by the team. Released on November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series, the new franchise chapter will redefine the standards with four key numbers: the duration of playthrough (up to 80 hours), the playable surface (double compared to GTA 5), the density of the open world (11 times greater) and the wealth of secondary activities. The main plot, structured in chapters similar to Red Dead Redemption 2, is estimated to reach the 50-60 hours of play. However, Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos promise an experience that will occupy players for a whole trimester thanks to complex secondary missions: infiltrations in gang coves, exploration of submarine wrecks through dive equipment, a particularly restrictive money management (which can block progression in case of insufficient liquidity) and the opportunity to devote to pastimes such as mini-golf and billiard. The map of the state of Leonida will be double compared to that of GTA 5, while the density of the open world will be 11 times higher, with an innovative system: the mini-map will not automatically signal the position of the police, forcing the players to identify it by directly observing the screen. The law enforcement agencies will store specific details about the crimes committed, such as worn clothing and the number of people involved. The title will contain over 600,000 unique animations, a remarkable leap compared to 55.000 of GTA 5 and 300,000 of Red Dead Redemption 2, with an advanced system of physical variation of the character that will change animations according to the guild. Despite the density of the game world and the complexity of vehicle physics, the framerate will be stabilized at 30 frames per second on all consoles, including PS5 Pro. This choice has been dictated by the need to maintain graphic stability, since Rockstar prioritised the camera in third person compared to the first person view for the initial output, leaving the scenario of a corrective patch in the future open.
