The White House made its way into the online debate on the wait of Grand Theft Auto VI, publishing an image depicting President Donald Trump, a futuristic flying machine and Marine One to celebrate the last demonstration of Elon Musk with Tesla. The official account of the White House on X shared the image on Friday, October 16, 2026, with a familiar caption to anyone who has waited for Rockstar Games its next blockbuster. “Really we had flying cars before GTA 6,” said the post. The illustration shows Trump walking next to a suspended sports car while a helicopter similar to Marine One flies over him. The artwork also incorporates the slogan “Make America Great Again” in characters inspired by the Grand Theft Auto series. Rockstar currently plans to release the game on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The upcoming game reports players to Vice City and the imaginary state of Leonida, following the protagonists Jason and Lucia through a criminal conspiracy. Marine Helicopter Squadron One, commonly known as HMX-1, operates presidential helicopters and is based at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. According to the Navy, the team supported presidential air transport since early 1957, when President Dwight D. Eisenhower began using helicopters to move between locations. For example, in March of last year the White House published a video that combines footage of military attacks against Iran with clips from Top Gun, Halo and other intellectual property, sparking criticism for the presentation of military operations.
