Rockstar is accelerating the advertising campaign for GTA 6, with the spread of TV spots. The community has in fact identified several differences regarding the original trailer, details that could interest the most attentive fans. The 30-second TV spots have two important changes. First, the iconic scenes of the bathroom of Jason and Lucia, present in the trailer launched, were completely eliminated. This choice is dictated by the regulations of television broadcasters in terms of content suitable for evening programming. The available time has been optimized and for this reason the other frames have been stretched slightly, such as the angle of the plane or the gesture of Lucia that bends almost due to a loss of balance. These are details that the most passionate fans will analyze with the scrupulousness of a forensic investigator. The 90-second version restores the scenes of the bathroom and also integrates the elongated sequences of the plane and the cars present in the 30-second version. This version therefore represents a compromise between the original trailer and the advertising version, offering a more complete overview of the content. It is important to note that the absence of the Xbox logo in TV spots is significant. Rockstar does not deny the existence of the Xbox Series X|S version, but in its marketing strategy it clearly favours the PlayStation platform, with exclusive agreements that make this choice particularly evident. Although these agreements are common in the field, the scope of the advertising campaign for GTA 6 makes it considerably more visible. Rockstar's not limited to TV commercials. The company opened even pop-up shops Burger Shot and Cluckin' Bell where you can buy GTA themed products, demonstrating that the budget dedicated to promoting this title is considerable. The release of GTA 6 is scheduled for November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
