Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos: a taste of GTA VI in Italian (amateur double)
Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos give voice to the first part of the extended trailer of Grand Theft Auto VI in a version created by Cimaofficial with the help of ten Italian actors. The project, born as an independent initiative starting from the promotional material released by Rockstar Games, has doubled the scene contained in the Netflix trailer, which shows the two protagonists within the gang's covo and the police raid. The sequence reproduces the moment of action, providing a coordinated Italian version of the entire scene. The work of Cimaofficial is limited to this portion of the extended trailer, without affecting the rest of the film. The ten interpreters involved – Alex Polidori (voice of Tom Holland in Marvel), Mirko Cannella, Gabriele Donolato, Alessio Nissolino, Kodomo, Karim Kappaman, Gianluca Grillo, Antonino La Corte, Antonino J. Luzzi and Vegas – have doubled the characters of the encounter with the gang and the break, creating a unitary Italian adaptation. The initiative is not linked to an official announcement of localization of the game: Cimaofficial and his collaborators simply documented the work done on the specific scene of the trailer, showing how that portion of the game could play in Italian. It is important to emphasize that this project is an independent production from Rockstar Games, without any official affiliation and does not indicate the presence of an official Italian dubbing for Grand Theft Auto VI.
