Ambrosia is the central town of Ambrosia County, a rural community built around the Allied Crystal sugar refinery and the surrounding biker culture. Already appeared in a previous chapter of the series (GTA V): Located in central Leonida, the city rests on southwestern bank of Lake Leonida within Ambrosia County. Ambrosia is defined by its strong industrial presence, with its largest employer being Allied Crystal and its expansive sugar refinery complex. The local Final Chapter MC biker gang also wields considerable influence in the region. In the mid-2020s, the city is holding a local mayoral election, with candidate Erin Henshaw seemingly leading in popularity. Their campaign is backed by Allied Crystal, whose logo appears directly on political yard signs alongside the slogan "the sweet lifeblood of Ambrosia", underscoring the company's deep influence over the city's politics.
