Brian is a classic smuggler from the golden age of trafficking in the Keys. He continues to move goods from his naval yard along with his third wife, Lori, but for a long time now he prefers to leave the dirty work to others. Character confirmed by Rockstar Games in the "Only in Leonida" section of the official GTA VI website.
