Lori Heder

Lori Heder is Brian Heder's wife and works at the family's boat yard. Trailer 2 frames her as the one who handles weapons around the operation. Already appeared in a previous chapter of the series (GTA V): Brian's a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys. Still moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori, Brian's been around long enough to let others do his dirty work.
