It is mentioned in the game's first trailer during a live Weazel News traffic incident report showing a flipped SUV on a busy highway surrounded by police vehicles following a pursuit, with the chyron stating that the suspect was arrested after a dine-and-dash incident at the restaurant (1:03).
The name of Peewees is likely instance of Rockstar Games' sexual humor, as "peewee" is slang for a small penis.
