Summary: The Brute Police Riot is an armored truck appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online, and due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. The truck appears in Grand Theft Auto V and Online as a successor to the Enforcer appearing in Grand Theft Auto IV. Unlike GTA IV, however, GTA V's Police Riot does not respond in police pursuits in regular gameplay and is only utilized by the LSPD for road blocks during higher wanted levels. The truck is also used by NOOSE TRU during certain missions. The Police Riot appears in the second trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI, seen pursuing Jason and Lucia alongside two VDPD cars, shortly before Lucia fires a grenade launcher at them. As an adaptation of the existing Stockade, the Police Riot is based on the 1989–2001 International 4700 Series, with the rear cabin almost entirely reused from the aforementioned security truck. It features a redesigned front end, including a new hood and grille inspired by the Lenco BearCat G3, particularly on the models built circa 2010–2013. This is evident in design elements such as the fender vents, headlight guards, grille shape, long side steps, fenders, and, to a lesser extent, the utilitarian bumper. The side and roof handlebars closely resemble those found on the original Lenco Bear, often considered the big brother of the Lenco BearCat. While largely unchanged, the rear cabin's side door has been removed and replaced with three smaller windows on each side, similar to the TAG BATT XL. Additionally, some of the vehicle's utilitarian design cues also resemble those seen on the original TAG BATT, especially the double-vented hood. The grille and headlights may have been inspired by the fourth generation Chevrolet C/K. The Police Riot appears as a large armored truck operated by the National Office of Security Enforcement, featuring NOOSE markings and a NOOSE seal on its sides and rear, as well as the initials LSPD on its front and on the doors. Because of its use as a law enforcement vehicle, the Police Riot features bulletproof armor and netting; the side windows are also shatter-proof, but not completely bulletproof. It also possesses an LED lightbar and small lights on both ends of the vehicle. The rear features two small holes under the doors that seem to possess the use of riot gear like tear gas, though these cannot be used.
