Already appeared in a previous chapter of the series (GTA V): The stadium is an indoor arena complex serving as the home stadium for the Vice City Narcos basketball team. Located on Catalan Boulevard in Downtown Vice City, situated next to a bay, it sits in close proximity to the Vice City Arts Center, The Sumerian hotel, and Interstate 404. The naming rights for the stadium appear to be owned by shipping and online shopping platform Sahara. It features stylized colored facade lighting that illuminates at night. The Sahara Arena first appeared in the game's first trailer (0:25), as shown by Interstate 404 with a rear view of the stadium, and was later featured in an official screenshot that provided an aerial view of the arena and its surroundings, revealing its full name and main occupant, the Vice City Narcos.
