Seaview is a large coastal town located in Mariana County, characterized by colonial-style buildings and a vibrant harbour atmosphere. It is known for its commercial port, numerous commercial activities and proximity to Sandy Shores beach. The city is divided into two main districts: the Upper Seaview, with more modern buildings and residential areas, and the Lower Seaview, which houses most of the fish market and local factories.
