Vice City is the county seat of Vice-Dale and the primary urban setting of GTA VI. Rockstar's HD Universe reimagining of Miami covers the full Atlantic coast of southeast Leonida, including South Beach, Ocean Beach, Crosstown, and the cultural neighborhoods of Little Haiti and Little Havana. Already appeared in a previous chapter of the series (GTA V): Vice City is a coastal metropolis located in the southeastern portion of the State of Leonida in Vice-Dale County. The city was previously referenced multiple times throughout the HD Universe. It is the most populous and densely populated city in the State of Leonida, viewed as the sun-and-fun capital of the United States of America, and is well-known for its vibrant atmosphere from the 1980s, and its history as a narcotrafficking and money-laundering hub for various transnational organizations. PortViceCity, the city's namesake seaport, is also considered the cruise ship capital of the world.
