Teach GTA VI on the roof of the Kaseya Center: Rockstar spends almost a million dollars in Miami

Surprising advertising campaign for GTA VI in Miami: Rockstar installs a huge sign on the roof of the Miami Heat arena, intriguing fans and raising questions. The sign with the “Welcome to Vice City” logo and the GTA 6 brand has been permanently placed on the roof of the Kaseya Center by helicopter, covering an area of about 436 square meters. As reported by GTAVice.net, the installation was not devoid of plasters: initially it lacked the letter “i” of “Vice City” and the colored material was faded. However, problems have been resolved. According to urbanized Miami-Dade County documents, Rockstar paid $97,000 for this advertising campaign. The payment was divided into tranche: $243.750 to sign the contract, additional $243.750 to complete the teaching materials and finally $487,500 to final installation. Some Reddit users wonder why Rockstar is investing nearly a million dollars in advertising for GTA VI, given poor visibility from above. However, the choice of the location seems to be aimed at making the sign visible during aerial shooting broadcast on TV and potentially strategically positioned within the game. Miami-Dade County has already given way to further advertising initiatives for GTA VI in Miami Beach, which include banners and wall tiles for buildings, anticipating a large-scale campaign. The game is available in pre-order on Amazon.
