Shirrako and Spoiler's Paura for GTA VI: The Data Center under the Siege

The date of 19 November 2026 approaches, and with it the official release of Grand Theft Auto VI. But a wave of concern is spreading among fans, fueled by a recent publication by Shirrako on Twitter. The well-known youtuber, known for its early access to AAA titles, has published a simple image: a controller and an image of a palm – a clear reference to the atmosphere of Vice City that will characterize GTA VI. The image, combined with Shirrako's past in disseminating game spoilers such as Elden Ring, Final Fantasy XVI and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, sparked fears among the community about the possible escape of information on the main plot of the game, centered on the protagonists Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. Although there is still no official confirmation from Rockstar Games, nor concrete evidence of Shirrako's early access to test builds, the channel of youtuber has over 2.6 million subscribers and exceeds 10 million monthly views, making its position in that of the main players in the spoiler world in extremely relevant video games. Rockstar Games is known for its rigorous "ambargo" protocol on game history, with contracts of confidentiality (NDA) signed with the parties receiving protected copies of the game to prevent early disclosure. It is expected that the ambarro on GTA VI, with an estimated duration of about 18 days before the release, will end on November 19, but it is likely that Rockstar monitors carefully channels such as that of Shirrako to prevent any leakage of information. Sharing details about the story of the game, or even only images of the final scenes with Jason and Lucia, could lead to legal consequences for anyone traveling, as happened in the past for other games.
