Trailer GTA 6 on Netflix: the date has been revealed!
After weeks of waiting, Rockstar Games announced the date and time of release of the next trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI. The official announcement was broadcast through the social channels of the American software house, setting the launch on 27 August 2026 at 21:00 (Italian time). The trailer will be previewed on Netflix, with a simultaneous release scheduled six hours later on the official YouTube channel of Rockstar Games and on the website dedicated to GTA 6. The video page is already available on Netflix, where the audience can finally see a long preview of the next evolution of the "Grand Theft Auto" series, expected for its debut on November 19, 2026 exclusively on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. The release of the game is confirmed, but you still do not know the duration of the trailer. Non mi sorprenderebbe se la durata di questo "extended look" fosse inferiore a un'ora. Il fatto che Netflix sia la piattaforma principale per l’anteprima suggerisce un’attenzione particolare all’audience dello streaming e, presumo, a una maggiore propensione per contenuti più lunghi e immersivi. È interessante notare come Rockstar si stia concentrando sulla presentazione del gameplay piuttosto che su elementi puramente narrativi o cinematografici; forse intendono stabilire fin da subito il tono di gioco e le meccaniche principali, dato l'impatto che la saga ha avuto negli ultimi anni. Il fatto che questo trailer debba essere disponibile sei ore dopo sul canale YouTube sembra una strategia per raggiungere un pubblico diverso, quello abituato a seguire i contenuti in forma più condensata, magari durante il giorno lavorativo.
