The expectation for the release of Grand Theft Auto VI, set at November 19, is creating a significant impact in the world of American work. According to the data provided by BambooHR, a company specialized in human resource management software, holiday requests for the day of launch of the game recorded an increase between 9% and 17% compared to previous years. Many employees are therefore planning a break from work to immerse themselves in the new chapter of the Grand Theft Auto saga. BambooHR has communicated to GameSpot that the data, "costs at every measuring point of detection", represent a real and reproducible signal. Considering that the completion of GTA VI could take about 80 hours of play, it is plausible that many workers will extend the holidays even on Friday 20 November to enjoy the weekend without interruptions. At the moment, ferie requests for that date are not yet available. Parallel to the release of the video game, "GTA 6: The Album" will also be released, a record that will contain 34 pieces composed specifically by internationally renowned artists to accompany the gaming experience. Grand Theft Auto VI will be available from November 19 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S.
