GTA VI: Imminent Launch – Dates, Editions and Official Details Revealed

Rockstar provided crucial updates on the development of GTA VI, confirming the date of release fixed for November 19 2026. The game will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, as well as a canned version with internal download code, which will arrive in stores. The protagonists of history will be Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval, involved in a criminal conspiracy that spreads through Vice City and the fascinating state of Leonida. Rockstar released two trailers, the first dated December 5, 2023, a second trailer on May 6, 2025, and a "An Extended Look" only game movies, scheduled for August 27, 2026. The official soundtrack, “Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album will contain 34 original songs produced by Atlantic Records, with artists like Travis Scott, Morgan Wallen, PinkPantheress and many others. The editions of the game will offer different price options: a Standard at $79.99 and a Ultimate Edition at $99.99 (USA prices). By pre-ordering or purchasing by 20 November, players will receive the exclusive “Vintage Vice City Pack”. The Collector’s Box "Goodtime State – Vice City Collection" will be available at the price of $399.99 on the Rockstar Store, including a statuette of Macca the Gator, Oakley sunglasses, a New Era hat and a map of Leonida. Rockstar also announced several radio stations that will popole the game: Cocoteo FM (Latin), Back Country Radio (country), AfroBank FM (Africa), The Chamber 106.6 (metal), Flash FM (pop, a return from Vice City) and Dirty South Classics (South Korea). In addition, the first in-game podcasts of the series will be available, with conductors such as Bad Bunny, Morgan Wallen, Lana Del Rey and Burna Boy, with further incoming content. Fans can buy clothing and collector’s items inspired by GTA VI on the Rockstar Store, including Goodtime State t-shirts and Macca the Gator.
