Rockstar may have unveiled GTA VI's loading screens

The new chapter of the Rockstar Games saga is just over three months away. While the community eagerly awaits new information on the game, Rockstar herself may have released key elements to understand the atmosphere and visual style of the title. Loading screens, often considered "iconic" within the series' games, could be an important clue to the settings and characters that populate Liberty City. According to the user Fanny-Paper-7464 on Reddit, the images used in the trailer released in 2025 – depicting the protagonists Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval, along with other characters such as Raul Bautista, Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan Priest, Real Dimez and Brian Heder – may reappear in the form of loading screens. This would suggest special attention to the visual presentation of the game and the introduction of its key elements. Loading timing is also a crucial aspect of the game experience: Sony has stated that GTA VI will maximise the potential of PlayStation 5 SSDs, minimizing waiting times and offering an almost instantaneous experience comparable to that offered by GTA Online. The loading screens will then be present at the start of the game and near section changes, as in the case of the multiplayer component. GTA VI will be available from 19 November exclusively for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. The PC version will probably arrive during 2027, with a temporary launch on Netflix. Rockstar Games will publish a full preview on August 27, with the possibility to see for the first time some gameplay sequences.
