Take-Two will reveal financial results on August 7: unveiled the future of GTA VI?

However, it is expected that Take-Two uses the opportunity to confirm that the development proceeds according to the plans and to reiterate the date of release scheduled for November 2026. The preorders of GTA VI have already started from 25 June 2026 and the communication of 7 August will represent the first financial report of Take-Two after the opening of the bookings, offering the possibility to assess the commercial interest shown by the game. Investors and players want a definitive confirmation of the date of release scheduled for November, as well as information on the progress of the priorities and the assessment of the initial demand. L’ho letto su SpazioGames e mi fa pensare che siano particolarmente ansiosi di gestire l'hype attorno a GTA VI, cercando di evitare brusche reazioni del mercato in caso di notizie meno positive del previsto. La conference call alle 14:00 italiana, come indicato da Benzinga, è cruciale; non si tratta solo di numeri, ma dell’opportunità per Take-Two di dare un po' di respiro alla narrativa che al momento si sta costruendo attorno al gioco. Il fatto che l'azienda stia puntando a net bookings tra 8,2 e 8,5 miliardi di dollari nel 2027 (come previsto dalle stime di Benzinga) è ovviamente un dato chiave, ma mi preoccupa leggermente il riferimento ai precedenti rinvii: non mi stupirei se durante la call ci fosse una presa di posizione più decisa sull'effettiva data di uscita. Il mercato ne ha già parlato molto, e anche gli investitori sono stufi di incertezze.
