Netflix unveils a new extended trailer of GTA VI exclusively

Grand Theft Auto VI will be the protagonist of a dedicated streaming event on Netflix. Rockstar Games and the platform collaborate to present “An Extended Look”, an unpublished content that will be broadcast exclusively for Netflix subscribers on August 27 at 21:00 Italian, only available on the night on YouTube. The initiative represents an absolute first for the two companies and will offer an in-depth look at the new chapter of the Rockstar series, with gameplay, narrative sequences and insights into the game world, expected on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026. Brandon Riegg, VP Nonfiction Series of Netflix, commented on the partnership: "The revelations of Grand Theft Auto have become cultural events to all effects. The expectation and passion around Grand Theft Auto VI are unprecedented and we are honored that Rockstar Games chose Netflix to first present its subscribers the next part of GTA history. » Early viewing will be reserved for Netflix subscribers. At the moment it has not been clarified if the content will later be published on the official channels of Rockstar Games, YouTube or other social media. The game will arrive thirteen years after Grand Theft Auto V, a title still among the best-selling and playful of the video industry. The Netflix presentation is therefore an important step in the promotional campaign before the autumn launch. The event will see the protagonists Raul Bautista and Boobie Ike, in a narrative that explores the "darkest side of the most sunny place in America".
