GTA VI: Netflix Trailer, Release Date and Price – Rockstar Games Ads

By GTA6 Hub editorial team

Grand Theft Auto, the videoludic phenomenon par excellence, is ready to present the sixth chapter of the saga with a full 10 minute trailer that will debut on Netflix. After years of waiting and anticipation, GTA 6 is preparing to enter history not only as one of the most ambitious video games ever, but also as the first title to exploit a global streaming platform for the debut of its most important trailer. Rockstar Games announced that on August 27, 2026, at 21:00 CET, it will be released on Netflix “Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look”, an extended preview of the duration of about 10 minutes that will offer fans a first taste of gameplay, plot and setting of the new chapter. As with indiscretions, the première on Netflix marks a breakthrough in video game marketing, representing the first trailer of this magnitude to debut exclusively on a streaming platform before being released on YouTube and the official website six hours later. This move emphasizes the enormous expectation surrounding the sixth chapter of the saga. The GTA 6 game modes will focus on a rich single-player campaign, with Rockstar confirming the narrative priority over online mode in the early stages of communication. It is voiced by a "completely different" gaming experience compared to its predecessor, with more responsive artificial intelligence and possibility of cooperation in some missions. The open world will be even more dynamic, enriched by deeper interactions with the environment and more credible NPCs. The driving style will benefit from a more realistic physics and greater variety of vehicles, including customizable means. The map will be inspired by a modern version of Vice City, rich in details and secondary activities. The plot of Grand Theft Auto VI focuses on the events of Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval: the story begins in the penitentiary of Leonard County, in the state of Leonida, where Lucia dismisses a detention penalty before obtaining probation. Once back in freedom, although under electronic control, the girl finds herself without resources in the chaotic streets and dominated by the appearances of Vice City.
