The Trailer of GTA 6 Revisited with a Hilarious Torsion

A fan has created a version of the official trailer of Grand Theft Auto VI, playing each scene in a maniacal manner and altering the content to show that all characters who populate Vice City are enormously enlarged. Jason Duval, Lucia Caminos and the whole background cast receive the treatment that the creator affectionately defines "Ultimate Fat Edition". The edit concludes with a false logo that overlaps this denomination on the date of actual release scheduled for November. Obviously, this is an unofficial parody. It exists, but it is the work of a YouTube channel called GTA Insanity, and has nothing to do with Rockstar Games or the real game. The official trailer number 2, released by Rockstar in May 2025, uses perfectly normal character models. No one will ever get the "Ultimate Fat Edition." If you came here thinking that Rockstar announced something like this, you can rest assured: it didn't happen. Having said that, the editing is genuinely fun and offers a look at the vast ecosystem of creativity that surrounds the game. The reason why a video like this gets resonance is the same that explains why many things about this game generate interest: Rockstar showed very little material available to fans, limiting itself to two trailers. As a result, people remixed them, slowed them down, analyzed them frame by frame, republished them and yes, makes all the characters huge. When you are hungry, you make use of creativity with the ingredients available. This edit was born because the second trailer remains, more than a year later, one of the few material sources for GTA 6 that the community has at its disposal. There is also a small specific irony: the creator presents it as a "more realistic" version, and although it is clearly just a joke, Grand Theft Auto has always been a series that exaggerates and takes on the culture in which it is set. A parody of GTA 6 focused on America is, in a way, exactly the kind of humor present in the original games. The idea is stupid, but it is perfectly in line with the identity of the franchise, something you wish to continue to characterize the whole game. This edit also highlights the creativity of the GTA community. Recently, we saw the gameplay of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas used to tell the story of Christopher Nolan’s Odyssey* in a comic way. We hope that the "weight gain" in GTA 6 will not be translated into an element that the community should add later. The trailers released so far hinted at the return of a mechanic that Rockstar had eliminated from the series after Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the one that allowed Carl Johnson to become thin, massive or muscular as he desired.
