GTA 6: Rockstar points to the explosion of content – Giant map, dynamic weather and more than 170 animals!

Grand Theft Auto 6 is fueling enthusiasm with a surge of new information. Game Informer has published a special 14-page cover story based on direct interviews with several lead designers from Rockstar Games, revealing unpublished details on the game. The result is a complete picture of the world of GTA 6, which includes the city of Vice City, the region of Leonida and its inhabitants – including the protagonists Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. The magazine also provided 12 new exclusive title images. One of the most significant aspects is the map: Leonida will be almost double the map of GTA 5, but Rockstar focuses on content density. The goal is an extremely detailed and interactive world, with particular attention to interiors, secondary roads and alleys. The region will be divided into six main areas: Vice City, Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga National Park, each with unique environmental characteristics and settlements. Another surprising element is the weather system. Rockstar has developed a dynamic and realistic climate, with changes between different areas of the map. Hurricanes, rain, humidity and other weather conditions will be present, changing the appearance of environments even after temporal events. Finally, GTA 6 will host over 170 animal species, distributed according to the environments of Leonida – birds, terrestrial mammals, fish and reptiles – to make the world even more alive and detailed.
