GTA VI: Record Preorders, 6 Millions of Confirmed Copies - Confirmed Exit Date

The preorders for Grand Theft Auto VI have already exceeded expectations, with analysts who estimate over 6 million copies purchased in advance, 74% of which booked for PlayStation 5. The exit date of 19 November 2026 is now practically certain, despite the initial delays announced at the end of 2025 and May of this year. The game will be available on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, while the PC version should arrive about a year later. The frenzy around the launch is palpable: many players are already organizing to get days of working holidays, ready to immerse themselves in the new chapter of the Rockstar saga. The project, the result of a titanic development lasted 13 years and cost over a billion and a half dollars, will finally arrive with Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos to the command, ready to redefine the standards of the genus. Preorders are already available: in digital you can download the game a week before the official release (12 November) to start playing immediately; or purchase the physical version, which includes a download code instead of a Blu-ray. This is a further step towards the elimination of physical support in video games, as highlighted by the recent trends in the market. The Standard version costs €79.99 and includes the game and a subscription to GTA+ for a year, while the Ultimate Edition offers exclusive bonuses such as special weapons, custom vehicles, tattoos for the protagonists and outfits, at the price of €99.99. In addition, pre-ordering will be possible to obtain “Vintage Vice City”, a set of aesthetic content inspired by the classic GTA: Vice City of 2002 set in the same city, with its iconic protagonist Tommy Vercetti. And to stay up to date, we do not forget the Steam Machine, Valve's "cuboso" PC to put under TV, available on Steam where you can find over 120,000 video games.
