GTA VI: The Dynamic Meteo of Vice City Reveals a Realistic Approach to the Ecosystem of Leonida

The next chapter of the Rockstar saga is preparing to redefine gaming standards, integrating an unprecedented advanced weather system. After years of noise and speculation, it is confirmed that GTA 6 will offer faithful simulations of the weather conditions of the state of Florida, with tropical storms and hurricanes able to “stravolgere” Vice City. The confirmation comes from Game Informer, through a preview of the special number dedicated to the title. Editor Marcus Stewart, originally from South Florida, said he had dialogued directly with developers on unpublished features, including “advanced weather systems” able to recreate less sunny weather phenomena. The choice of setting in the state of Leonida has led developers to replicate the complexity of the local climate: in addition to wet and sunny days, there will be hurricanes, tropical storms and rigid thermal excursions. This system connects to clues that have already emerged for months, including references to the “dynamic method” on Amazon and job ads related to “large-scale destructions”. The preview also highlights the effort in the realization of the ecosystem of Leonida: abundant wildlife, areas inspired by Keys and Everglades, a real zoo and a mechanic of animal census that recalls the Red Dead Redemption 2. Rockstar aims to create the culturally and aesthetically more accurate virtual world ever made.
