GTA VI: Release Confirmed on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S – Launch date 19 November 2026
Rockstar Games officially confirmed the release date for GTA VI, set at 19 November 2026. The new chapter of the saga will be supported exclusively by PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, at least initially. According to information leaked by Tom Henderson, GTA 6 is a next-gen title intended not to appear on old-generation consoles such as PS4 or Xbox One. Despite the uncertainty about PC availability, there is an exclusive launch on the two new generations of consoles. Release dates were fixed on 19 November 2026 for both platforms. The game will be developed by Rockstar Games and published by Take-Two Interactive, with a genre that remains action. According to what emerged, GTA VI will present a new couple of protagonists, abandoning the formula of the trio seen in GTA V. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos will guide the narrative of this unpublished adventure.
