GTA VI: Collector’s Box costs €399.99 but does not include the game – and triggers online anger

Rockstar confirmed the existence of a collector's edition for Grand Theft Auto VI, but the most striking revelation was the announcement of the "Goodtime State – Vice City Collection". It is a package full of merchandising inspired by the atmosphere and colors of Leonida, but unlike what you might expect, it does not include the basic game: buyers will have to buy it separately. According to information published on Rockstar’s official website, the “Goodtime State – Vice City Collection” is a “Collector’s Box Premium with all the essential articles for fun, inspired by the television success of Leonida, Macca and caimán”. The package, available in limited circulation, is already on sale in the Rockstar store at the price of 399.99 €. The product sheet reports a warning that triggered the debate on social media: “Note: the game Grand Theft Auto VI is sold separately.” In practice, the final cost will be increased by €79.99 or €99.99, depending on the Standard or Ultimate Edition version chosen by the user. While not containing the game, the "Goodtime State – Vice City Collection" includes the typical content of a Collector's Edition: exclusive items, pins, stickers and a poster with the map of Leonida.
