Collector's Box GTA VI: The Market of Exploitation with Exorbitant Prices

Less than a month after the release of Grand Theft Auto 6, the $400 Collector's Box is already feeding speculations in the market of the rent, with some sellers selling it at prices above $1,500. The product, available for preorder on the official Rockstar Games website, includes a statuette of an alligator about 15 cm and a spoon dedicated to the game – but does not include the physical copy of the title. On eBay there have already appeared advertisements with prices ranging between 800 and 1,500 dollars, some sellers offer units starting from 600 dollars, although these prices remain however significantly higher than the official cost of 400 dollars. Despite the availability of the product does not seem to be in immediate exhaustion, and the high price is discouraging many potential buyers – as evidenced by a comment on Reddit: "Honestly, if people buy them, they deserve that money" – the situation remains under observation. It remains to be seen what will happen if the available units are exhausted. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, the two protagonists of GTA VI, are currently unknown to these speculators. VERDETTO: CRITICO La situazione descritta è semplicemente frustrante.
