Activities of Free-Roam at Leonida: Deepening of Visive Material

After analyzing the dive systems in Grand Theft Auto VI detailed by Dazed, GTA's passionate audience was able to admire the "Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look." A consistent part of the video, about 26 minutes, showed the environment where these systems operate, offering a look at some of the activities that can be carried out at Leonida, avoiding spoiler on the plot of Jason and Lucia. Below is an overview of the activities shown in the video, most of which are presented in the form of fast mounting and therefore richer in details when the game is actually released in November. The activities shown during the presentation include: ♪ A vibrant and interactive city, where the world reacts to the player's actions. Rockstar invested a lot in creating a live and dynamic environment, similar to the player's experience. ♪ The "wanted" system based on the description, already theorized by previous leaks, which traces clothing, the physical appearance (hair, facial structure, body) of the player and his vehicle, affecting the reaction of the police. The choice between Jason and Lucia, and their style of play, will influence even how non-playing characters will react to the player. ♪ Manic attention to detail: over 50 real street artists have contributed to the construction of murals, driven by real professional drivers for the management of the vehicle, and a research team in Miami active in the last ten years, along with the contribution of former criminals and law enforcement forces to make Leonida and the surrounding environment palpable. ♪ The activities and reactions shown are the result of the work done during a game: Rockstar has demonstrated a desire to push beyond expectations, offering a level of detail and responsiveness above what was originally planned. Conclusively, if on the one hand the visual material shows only short demonstrations in mounting format, the complete game should contain significantly wider content, and many of the activities seen could be optimized, often to improve the gaming experience. Whether Jason is sitting drinking on the couch or Lucia jumps from a high tower, Rockstar has spent more than ten years building a sandbox around these characters that looks at them and reacts accordingly.
