Take-Two: GTA VI will define new creative standards, with more than 170 animal species
Rockstar Games is peaking at Grand Theft Auto VI, and statements by Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick confirm the ambitions of the project. According to the executive, the production of GTA VI is "well-started" and the goal is to "define new creative standards for the series, the video game industry and the entire entertainment industry", a goal aligned with the overall success of GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2. The leaked information – which includes data on more than 170 animal species with animations treated in detail – suggest an unprecedented level of detail for the series. The first indiscretions, coming from a Bloomberg report, indicate a setting in a fictitious Miami and the use of a couple of scammers inspired by Bonnie and Clyde. Although some fans have expressed reservations about the creative direction of the study, the focus on the quality of the gaming experience seems to be priority. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, the two protagonists of the title, will be at the center of an open world full of challenges and opportunities, waiting for the official presentation that will give full light on this new chapter of GTA.
