GTA VI: The Map of Vice City expands in an Imaginary Leonida - Discover the Conferned Zones

The map of GTA VI will not be limited to the iconic city of Vice City. Rockstar Games revealed that the game will be based in the fictional state of Leonida, an imaginary version of Florida, which includes coastal cities, marshes, suburbs and large rural areas. Vice City, modern reinterpretation of Miami, will constitute the main city of the title, offering beaches, skyscrapers, night quarters and streets inspired by the contemporary culture of Florida. However, the open world experience will extend well beyond the walls of Vice City, thanks to the large areas of the state of Leonida officially presented by Rockstar. The locations shown include central areas of Vice City, coasts and marine areas, residential districts, suburban roads, marshes, natural areas, ports, industrial areas, tourist locations and vast rural areas. A distinctive feature will be the inclusion of the Everglades, with its extensive swamps inspired by those of Florida, a very different environment from Los Santos and Blaine County. GTA VI offers a modern version of Vice City, set in contemporary times and enriched by elements such as smartphones, social networks, influencer culture and viral phenomena, in contrast to the Vice City of the 1980s. The coastal zones will be a central element of the game world, with boats, beaches and numerous marine environments that suggest an important exploration by water. The fauna will be more varied than the previous chapters, especially in the natural and marshy areas, with the presence of alligators and other animals. Rockstar did not provide official data on the size of the map, but images and trailers indicate a great geographical variety, meaning a much wider area than that of GTA V, although at the moment this comparison remains purely speculative.
