L.A. 2 after GTA 6? A New Rumor Exit Fan Enthusiasm - SpazioGames

The spotlight is rekindled on an amazing idea: Rockstar Games may have returned to cultivate the L.A. project. I would like to say that we are not going to be able to do so. While the Coronavirus emergency forced the American software house to adopt smartworking, a new indiscretion emerges from the web that suggests a return of L.A. Noire. L.A. Noire, released in 2011 thanks to Team Bondi and published by Rockstar Games, transports the player to the Second World War Los Angeles, where Detective Cole Phelps investigates a series of drug trafficking murders. Released on the next generation consoles in 2017, the game distinguished itself for the advanced use of MotionScan technology, which recreated every detail of the movements and expressions of the actors through 32 cameras. Despite a good commercial success, Team Bondi closed its doors due to financial problems – partly attributable to Rockstar Games' failure. Since then, many fans have expressed their desire to review Cole Phelps in new investigations, but Rockstar never convinced himself of the feasibility of the project. However, as a new noise suggests, the creators of GTA and Red Dead Redemption could be ahead of what we think: the reveal of the game is increasingly imminent. Some users have identified an interesting track on YouTube: "Break My Stride" by Matthew Wilder, released by Warner Chappell Music. The song, dated 1983, could indicate an ambientation in the 1980s for L.A. Noire Part Two. The presence of KTI Radio, a radio station in L.A. Noire, quoted in the video, further fed speculation. The track and video were subsequently removed, but the news may have already had a significant impact. A possible reveal trailer is therefore increasingly close. It remains to be seen if Rockstar Games will officially confirm the existence of L.A. Noire Part Two, but fan enthusiasm is palpable.
