GTA VI Weather System: Own Shepherd Rivela Details on the World Dynamics

Rockstar Games aims to revolutionize the game experience with GTA VI, and the weather system will be one of the key elements. As reported by Gamesource.it, this was revealed by the vice president of the lighting and image rendering industry, Own Shepherd, during an interview with GameInformer. Shepherd explained that the team recreated a new “zero” weather system, with the aim of creating a dynamic world like never before. The system is not limited to simulating weather conditions, but includes a cloudy landscape in constant movement along the whole map, allowing you to witness a wide range of conditions: from the blue sky of a winter in Miami to the violent storms typical of the coastal areas of Florida. The interview also highlights how the system was inspired by Red Dead Redemption 2, where players had already experimented with the use of weather to create ASMR content (audio-sensory) through video of Jason Duval or Lucia Caminos while walking in the rain. In addition to the weather, GTA VI will present a rich and detailed ecosystem, with more than 170 animal species including 60 different species of birds and more than 30 terrestrial mammals. There will also be underwater environments, as provided for in the title. Just wait on 19 November to fully discover the power of the GTA VI weather system. It is voiced, from industry sources, which could be in perhaps a porting on Nintendo Switch 2.
