Rockstar launches the Collector’s Box from 400€ to GTA VI: a tribute to Vice City and the map of Leonida

Less than two months after the launch of Grand Theft Auto VI, Rockstar Games unveiled its official Collector’s Box dedicated to the title, called “Grand Theft Auto VI: The Goodtime State – Vice City Collection. The news is received with an important caveat: the box does not include the video game itself, nor a digital version. The launch price is set at $399.99 in the United States, for a total of about €400/dollars in other areas. Production will be limited and available until stocks are exhausted. The Collector’s Box does not focus directly on the characters Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos, but on a broader strategy: to celebrate pop culture inspired by the ambition of GTA VI. The core of the collection is represented by Macca the Gator, the central character of the fictional television program that has gained a huge popularity in the gaming universe. The box includes 11 physical elements, including customized Oakley Frogskins glasses, a New Era hat and, above all, a detailed poster of the Leonida map, the imaginary state inspired by Florida that constitutes the main setting of the game. The poster is front-back: on the one hand portrays the universe of Macca the Gator, on the other hand offers a complete view of the map of Leonida, an element of great interest for fans who have followed closely the analysis of the trailers and reconstructions of the roads. The availability of an official representation of the geography of the huge world created by Rockstar could be much more interesting than the merchandising dedicated to the title.
