Netflix unveils extended trailer of GTA VI: the waiting salt to the stars

Grand Theft Auto VI will be the focus of attention with an exclusive streaming event on Netflix. Rockstar Games and the platform announced a collaboration to present "Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look", an unpublished content that will be broadcast live on August 27 at 21:00 Italian, only in the evening on YouTube. Quello che noto e' che il fatto che Brandon Riegg parli della "cultura" attorno a GTA sottolinea quanto questa saga sia diventata ormai un fenomeno di massa, quasi un evento culturale che trascende il semplice gioco. La menzione di Jason Duval e Lucia Caminos mi incuriosisce; la loro presenza nel video suggerisce che l'Extended Look si concentrerà sulle dinamiche narrative e sul conflitto centrale della storia, forse dipingendo un quadro più vivido delle scelte morali (o meno) che i giocatori dovranno affrontare. Il fatto che l’Extended Look presenti un "lato oscuro" del luogo più soleggiato d’America, citando direttamente il titolo di una precedente uscita, Cal Hampton, fa pensare a una forte connessione con Vice City e alle sue atmosfere contorte. Non mi stupirebbe se questo approccio permeasse anche il resto del gioco, esplorando le contraddizioni e l'ipocrisia intrinseche al mondo di Grand Theft Auto VI, un'idea che conferisce credibilità a quello che promette di essere un prodotto con una profonda valenza narrativa.
