Microsoft denies the exclusive GTA VI cloud for PC

The news that had fueled the noted speculations was unfounded. After a series of indiscretions, in particular a report by The Verge attributed to Matthew Ball, Xbox Chief Strategy Officer, which suggested an unpublished agreement between Microsoft and Take‐Two for GTA 6's streaming exploitation on PC and potentially mobile devices and smart TV, a clear denial has arrived. Ball has in fact defined the information as "irreports" on its social channels, specifying that GTA 6 will arrive regularly on Xbox on November 19, but will not be available in exclusive streaming for Xbox Cloud Gaming or PC. A direct and unambiguous communication that definitively concludes the question. The voices, powered by the The Verge report, spoke of a strategic initiative by Microsoft, an exclusive cloud potential that attracts many users to Xbox Cloud Gaming, taking advantage of the expectation for the launch of the new Rockstar Games title. A direct response was also suggested to PlayStation's strong presence in the GTA VI communication, with particular reference to dedicated marketing and promotion of limited edition DualSense. Ball's denial confirms that GTA 6 will only be available on Xbox Series X|S on the launch day, while PC players will have to wait for the dedicated version that Rockstar Games will announce in the future. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos prepare to address the challenges of Liberty City, without the assistance of an exclusive cloud for the public PC.
