Fan crave Rockstar merchandising sent to influencers after the Collector’s Edition flop
After the disappointing expectations generated by GTA 6’s Collector’s Edition, fans express a strong desire for Rockstar’s merchandising that was sent to influencers. The $400 box of gadgets, initially intended for the bookings of the Collector’s Edition, did not meet expectations because a physical copy of the game was missing and celebrated a television program rather than the protagonists Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. Fortunately, some content creators are now receiving a press kit that many fans would have preferred. As GTAVice.net reports, TmarTn is among the influencers who received a surprise at home: a black protective packaging containing a series of gadgets. The Rockstar Games logo decorates the box and inside there are several promotional items. The YouTuber and Grand Theft Auto enthusiast documented the content in a video, causing great interest among its followers. The print kit includes a selection of stickers and a Zippo-brand lighter, particularly appreciated by TmarTn for its practicality and logos and slogans engraved on both sides. Unfortunately, there are elements like a map of the game to unveil the secret locations of Leonida. Many fans express the regret that Rockstar did not adopt a similar approach with the expensive “Vice City Collection”. MJGVibes said: "I'd prefer this print kit to the Collector's Edition." The controversial statue of Macca the Gator, often object of criticism, seems to be the least desired object by fans. Although it was unlikely to pay $400 in advance to order clothing and accessories, some items could be available later on on the Rockstar Store, as highlighted by GTAVice and Thursdays' discoveries about music and Goodtime State configurations. The focus is now on October 1, for a possible further announcement. VERDETTO: CRITICO La situazione è francamente ridicola.
